Q1. What’s your production time?
① For sample:
A: Sample time for jewelry displays and packaging products need7-15 days.
② For bulk production:
A:
1) Stock goods： 3~7days (after confirm order & pre-production sample)
2) Jewelry display: 25~35 days (after confirm order & pre-production sample)
3) Jewelry box: 35~45days (after confirm order & pre-production sample)
Q2. What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ for stock is 50~100pcs, but for custom product is higher, different products are with different MOQ, welcome to inquire about our products and MOQ.
Q3. Do you have stock items for selling or can you custom?
A: we have most of our jewelry displays and boxes in stock, also we can make customized logo, size, material, color as your requirement.
Q4. What is your sample fee policy?
A: We’ll offer once free pre-production sample before you place order.
B: If want confirm sample first and place order later, then we’ll charge sample fee and refund once you place order.
Q5. My package missed or damaged on the half way, What can I do?
A: The cargos pictures will be sent to you before shipment to ensure the goods are in good condition，please also pay attention to check the goods once receiving the goods.

Q6. Which payment way is workable?
A: PayPal (for sample fee, goods in stock or order value less than 500 USD)
T/T (50% deposit,50% balance before shipping) OR 100% payment for goods in stock)
